About SkyHopp
What is SkyHopp?
SkyHopp is a flight deal discovery tool. It shows the cheapest available flights from any airport on an interactive map, so you can immediately see where you can go and how much it costs - without searching destination by destination.
It is designed for people who are flexible about where they travel and want to find the best value departure from their nearest airport. You pick an origin, set a budget if needed, and the map fills in with prices.
How do prices work?
Prices are fetched from the Travelpayouts / Aviasales data API and cached for up to one hour. They reflect the cheapest available fare found at the time of the last refresh - not a live search. Prices shown are indicative and may differ from what is available when you complete a booking.
When you click "View deal", you are taken to Aviasales where you can complete a live search and book the flight directly. SkyHopp does not handle payments or bookings.

Who built this?
SkyHopp was built and is maintained by an independent travel technology developer. The idea came from the frustration of checking destinations one by one when you are flexible about where to go - this tool puts the whole map of reachable flights in front of you at once, sorted by price.
The site launched in April 2026 and is independently operated. It is not affiliated with any airline, airport, travel agency, or booking platform. Flight data comes from the Travelpayouts network; bookings complete on Aviasales.
Route pages, hub guides, and monthly price reports are written and reviewed by the SkyHopp editorial team. Destination copy is fact-checked against published airport data and travel reference sources before publication.
Our editorial process
SkyHopp publishes two types of content: live price data and editorial copy. The distinction matters.
Price data is fetched from the Travelpayouts / Aviasales data API and cached for up to 24 hours. It reflects the cheapest observed fare at the time of the last refresh. Prices are not guaranteed and may change by the time you book. We display prices as indicative, not confirmed. Monthly price reports are timestamped with their data snapshot date.
Editorial copy - hub city guides, destination descriptions, route introductions, and booking tips - is researched, written, and reviewed before publication. AI tools may assist with drafting or formatting, but every article is manually reviewed for factual accuracy (airport codes, transit times, geographic details) before it goes live. Hub intros are updated when we identify material changes to airport operations or route availability.
Update frequency: live fare data refreshes every 24 hours via a scheduled API pull. Monthly reports are published on the 1st of each month and updated with fresh API data daily until the month closes. Hub city guides are reviewed quarterly or when route structures change meaningfully.
SkyHopp's goal is to help travelers discover affordable flight opportunities while providing transparent pricing data and independent editorial information.
If you spot an error - wrong airport code, outdated transit information, or a broken booking link - please email skyhoppapp@gmail.com and we will correct it within 48 hours.
Affiliate disclosure
SkyHopp earns a small commission when you book a flight through our partner Aviasales, at no additional cost to you. This is how the site covers its costs and stays free to use. It does not affect the prices shown - these come directly from the Travelpayouts data feed.
